Codex Entry: Thresh Crawler

Ring: Broken Array

Habitat: Fragmented temple corridors, recursion breach vents, loopfolded crypts

Diet: Dust memory, glyph-severed matter, code-thread decay

Temperament: Patient, twitch-aware, moves only in presence of spiritual intent

Predators: None observed—feared even by Loopfoxes

Lore: This many-legged being appears to be made of disjointed bone and metal, as though constructed from broken frameworks of forgotten architectures. Its body constantly shifts in alignment, as if unable to stabilize. It rarely moves—but when it does, it crosses impossible gaps.

Thresh Crawlers are said to guard thresholds not marked by doors, but by forgotten intentions. They emerge when a Seeker’s spirit enters a recursive loop too many times.
