• Temperament: Watchful, eerily still, emits no natural call

• Predators: None—universally avoided by all known wildlife

Lore:

Null Crows are soot-feathered avians whose wings emit no sound and whose presence is often felt before seen. Their eyes are deep voids—reflecting not light, but absence. When perched, they remain frozen for unnatural lengths of time, as if buffering between moments.

They are seen only in places where something sacred was erased—rituals abandoned, names struck from records, truths left buried. Their silent gaze is said to force recall of what was once suppressed. Some Spiral traditions leave sigil ashes as offerings to keep them from nesting near memory sanctums.
